Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are calculated at checkout and shown in your order summary.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only, not refunds. If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to help. Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges due to reasons like size, color, or change of mind. 

✅ Eligibility:
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items and custom garments are final sale.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:
  • Items worn directly on the head.
  • Garments with odors, stains, or damage.
📸 Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at returns@morisko.ca with your order number and a clear photo. We will replace it if stock is available.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange:
  1. Email returns@morisko.ca with your order number, reason for exchange, and the size/color of the item you want in exchange.
  2. Once approved, please send the item back in its original condition. Instructions will be sent to you by email.
  3. When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an invoice to cover re-shipping.
  4. Once shipping is paid, we will ship your new item.

📍 Important: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item is defective or the wrong item has been sent by our shipping team.

🚫 Wrong Address or Returned to Sender
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may:
    • Pay for reshipping, or
    • Request a refund minus the original shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned package is received.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at returns@morisko.ca if you need to cancel or correct your address.
