Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Morisko accepts exchanges only, not refunds, except where required by law.

8. Order Errors & Cancellations

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, customers are responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
Orders can be canceled or modified only if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at support@morisko.com.
A restocking fee may apply if an order is canceled after processing or returned due to an incorrect address.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchase of products will be resolved under Alberta law.
